While it would seem that it is "downhill" from here, if the past is any indication of the future, there are sure to be a few hiccups before the keys are handed over... but for now I am just going to bask in the glory that we are one more step closer to becoming homeowners.
(Tomorrow I will contact our mortgage broker and real estate agent to confirm that this is in fact reality and just a very optimistic dream.)
